Here are some tips when presenting your ticket via smartphone:

  • Download or take a screenshot of your tickets/QR code before arriving at the event in case of network or connectivity issues. 
  • Turn your screen brightness up high when presenting your ticket so it's easier to scan

How to access your tickets on your phone:

Step 1. 

Go into your confirmation email and select "Access your tickets." Or login to your Flicket account

Step 2. 

Select "View Ticket" 

This will bring up a QR code that can be scanned for entry into the event
